In a dynamic career spanning more than 20 years, Irene Catsibris Clary has gained a reputation for outstanding work in the highly competitive field of land acquisition, planning, development, and construction. From her notable accomplishments at the inception of her career in her home City of Toronto, to the current, high-exposure projects she's undertaking in the Southwestern US, Irene has applied her multi-faceted abilities and unstinting energies to bring a comprehensive range of residential, commercial and industrial projects, as well as retirement communities to fruition.
Among her distinguished achievements, Irene, with her company CatClar Investment's, successfully planned, designed and executed a wide range of both large-and smaller-scale projects acting as the developer or development consultant for a wide range of development companies.
Parklawn Homes located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale, was a high-profile venture encompassing 162 exquisitely designed town homes and a six-story condominium building.
Clarendon Estates was another one of her projects. Irene designed, developed, constructed and sold a dozen luxury town homes located in The Town of Carefree, Arizona.
Throughout her work on these and other projects, Irene and her team capably managed all aspects including site selection and acquisition, project feasibility studies, budget development and cost projections, sales contract negotiations, re-zoning and building permit obtainment, and across-the-board project management.
Irene is unique in that she brings such a wide array of finely honed abilities to her clients and her partners. Working throughout all phases and aspects of the projects she engages in, Irene personally oversees everything from creating feasible site designs and negotiating land-density issues, to interacting with lenders to acquire project financing, to lobbying effectively on her projects' behalf with a multitude of area and city government officials and agencies. At a stage when projects are nearing completion, Irene is also adept at effectively branding, positioning and marketing them to achieve the highest possible return on investment.
