Jack serves as an Associate for Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Services team in Dallas. In this role, Jack handles Tenant Advisory, project leasing and acquisition/disposition services in the Great Southwest submarket, which consists of Grand Prairie, Arlington, and parts of Fort-Worth and Irving. This includes evaluation of industrial property, financial analysis and securing advantageous lease terms. His submarket focus allows him to add significant value for his clients.
Jack started his brokerage career in 2021 and has since represented various clients including 4Refuel, X-Press Bags, Flash Metals LLC, Avery Oil Company, WOW Balloons, La Fiesta Food Products, Flip Screen, MJ Upholstery, Allied Flooring Solutions, WorkHorseCNC, Dezine News Accessories, Mapletree US Management, CanTex Capital and Move Solutions Ltd.
