Jack opened and leads the Salt Lake City office for SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest real estate brokerage firm in the United States primarily dedicated to retail and a leader in investment sales. He works out of both Salt Lake City and San Diego. His team is highly specialized, capable, and focused on mid-market seller representation of investment sales - typically NNN retail, industrial, shopping centers, strip centers, GSA properties, medical assets, sale-leasebacks, and land sales.
Jack has nine years of transactional real estate experience and looks forward to a long career in capital markets. He was recognized as an SRS Top Producer in 2021 and 2022. In 2024, he was the #1 agent companywide for January and February. Jack is typically retained to sell commercial real estate due to his broad and aggressive marketing campaigns and materials, proactive approach, ability to source offers from all around the country, expert negotiation skills, and priority of putting his clients first. An investor himself, he understands his clients’ unique needs and works diligently to exceed their expectations.
Since Jack joined SRS in 2018, the team has sold over $20 billion of commercial real estate around the country. Jack's affiliates have brokerage licenses in every state, so he can do business nationally and has sold property in 35 states thus far. He has the network to raise equity for syndication and development clients and is always interested in new opportunities. He has a pipeline of new construction development listings for tenants like Wawa, Starbucks, Raising Canes, McDonald's, Chipotle, Sleep Number, and EOS Fitness, among others.
