As a Transaction Manager for the Global Portfolio Services team in Northeast Ohio, Jack’s responsibilities include ongoing management of real estate transaction activities including acquisition, disposition, lease / transaction management, and development services of all property types for the complex portfolios of our corporate clients.
Jack’s unique and diverse experience allows him to successfully manage the complete life cycle of all types of real estate transactions. Jack specializes in efficiency and growth initiatives in all aspects of corporate client representation.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jack worked at Crossroads Group as an Acquisitions Manager and Operations Manager. He analyzed the residential and commercial housing markets for prospective acquisitions. Additionally, Jack oversaw various rehab projects involving budgeting and forecasting in the Northeast Ohio market while working to improve operational efficiencies.
During Jack’s undergraduate degree at the University of Dayton he served on the Economics and Finance Department’s Candidate Review Panel, which interviewed and evaluated the credentials of applicants for the department. Jack has also served as an Efficiency Team Lead for Foundation Industries Company where he streamlined companywide production reporting and implemented production strategy initiatives.
