Jack has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His past experience includes ground-up retail and industrial development in Mid-Missouri as well as Landlord & Tenant representation of office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties. Since 2020, Jack has sold over $14MM and leased a combined 211,871 S.F.
?Jack's primary focus is the central Missouri market as the Vice-President of Maher Commercial Real Estate. He works with both Landlords and Tenants, Buyers and Sellers of retail, office, industrial, and investment properties. Jack is a member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and REDI.
Jack enjoys traveling with his wife and two children. His hobbies include cheering on the St. Louis Blues & Mizzou athletics. Jack is involved with his church and sits on the board of Lutheran Family & Children Services (LFCS). Jack is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
