Jacob is a driven and mission-focused professional with a strong background in commercial real estate, sales strategy, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jacob has quickly progressed within the firm, having previously held the role of Associate. His experience spans tenant advisory, client engagement, and transaction support across dynamic markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jacob worked at Carbon Lighthouse, where he led client demos and supported sales efforts with commercial real estate stakeholders, combining technical insight with a passion for sustainability. He has also held roles in business development and environmental consulting with organizations such as Cascadia Consulting Group and ThingLogix, where he provided sustainable solutions and strategic research to both public and private sector clients.
