Jake Machel joined the Newmark Knight Frank Pittsburgh in May of 2018. Prior to joining Newmark Pittsburgh, Jake worked for Colliers International on their Investment Sales team. Jakes two areas of expertise are senior housing sales along with Multi-Family asset sales. He’s also been a market leader for site selection for senior housing. Jake graduated from Washington & Jefferson college in Washington, PA with a degree in economics. Prior to that, Jake played professional hockey.
