Jacob I. Slone serves as Managing Director and Head of Business Development at Harbor Group International (HGI), where he oversees the firm's global business development and growth initiatives and manages key investor relations functions. He is a member of HGI's Executive Committee. Since joining HGI in 2015, Mr. Slone has held several senior roles across the organization, including overseeing the formation of HGI's whole loan originations platform, managing the preferred equity and mezzanine debt origination business, and playing a pivotal role in the acquisition of real estate properties globally. He is also responsible for HGI's investment activity in the UK and business development efforts globally. Prior to joining HGI, Mr. Slone served as a trainee in the office of the Global President of Capital Markets at CBRE.
