Ms. Jaenho Oh has been employed in the real estate field since 2003. She is licensed in VA, MD and DC, possesses a Bachelor of Mathematic from the Sogang University and a Master of Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of America. She has been concentrating on commercial real estate brokerage and has actively represented both Landlords and Tenants in the Washington DC area. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the commercial retail real estate development process, including the monitoring of site selection, acquisition, land use analysis, purchase negotiations and site development coordination.
