Jaime Lee is a Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and Real Estate Investments at Kennedy Wilson, where she helps lead capital formation initiatives, strengthen relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners, and pursue investment opportunities across the firm's global real estate platform. She joined Kennedy Wilson in 2026 after more than two decades with Los Angeles-based Jamison, where she most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and helped grow the company's portfolio to approximately 18 million square feet across office, multifamily, retail, and medical properties.
A widely respected real estate executive, Lee brings extensive experience in investment management, development, capital formation, and asset management. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, she serves in several prominent civic and governance positions, including the executive committee of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games. At Kennedy Wilson, she focuses on expanding the firm's investment management platform and enhancing partnerships with both institutional and private capital sources.
