Jake Dutson, an initial agent in STRIVE's Houston office, has over five years’ experience focusing exclusively on the sale of retail investment real estate in Texas. In his role as Partner, of his many responsibilities, Jake sources investment opportunities, oversees ownership transition, and leads the marketing process for the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant, net-leased retail buildings. Jake and his team of agents in Houston work in unison with the firm’s Dallas office to provide their clients with real-time insights and exposure to the Texas marketplace.
Since 2019 Jake has advised his clients in the sale of over $200M in consideration in Texas. In 2021 he was named a “Top Power Broker” in Dallas Magazine’s CEO Edition for the first time. In 2023, Jake was named a "Heavy Hitter" in CRE Investment by the Houston Business Journal.
