Jake Nidiffer works closely with the firm’s Partners
and brokers on their full-service listing portfolio.
Jake primarily focuses on representing tenants and
landlords, mostly with flex and industrial product in
South Carolina. Jake also boasts the ability to identify
and represent commercial real estate investment
opportunities, as well as acquisitions, involving
undeveloped commercial and recreational land tracts
across the state.
Jake is committed to offering quality, full-service
expertise with an individualized touch to every client
he serves. His boots-on-the-ground workstyle means he
knows the market inside and out. Thus, he is skilled
at providing clients and colleagues unrivaled market
insight and data.
Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Jake worked as an
associate at NAI Avant. He quickly developed a strong
client base, entrenched himself in the Midlands’
commercial real estate industry and has maintained
his strong rapport.
Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from Newberry College. As an
undergrad, he also earned several athletic awards
as a pitcher on the baseball team. He is actively
involved in the South Carolina Economic Development
Association, Columbia East Rotary, Junior Achievement
of Greater SC, and Central SC Alliance.
