Mr. Bailey is an industry veteran who has brokered some of the largest office lease, sale, and build-to-suit transactions ever in Houston. He previously spent 30 years assisting clients with their office space requirements at Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor entities in Houston. He most recently served as a Vice Chairman at the firm, where he ranked as a Global Top 10 Producer and was consistently recognized as a one of the top office brokers in Houston by the firm and the Houston Business Journal. A native Houstonian, Mr. Bailey has an extensive track record as a local business and community leader, serving among others as a trustee of Episcopal High School, Stoney Creek Ranch and member of the Houston Methodist Neurological Institute Council. His professional accolades include multiple recognitions as a Houston NAIOP Broker of the Year and Deal of the Year award winner and finalist, as well as repeat nominations for the Houston Business Journal’s Legacy Award.
