James A. Callahan is the director of leasing in the Office of Facilities & Real Estate. Jim has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and oversees all leasing activities for University and Medicine. His team is responsible for a lease portfolio of over 6.3M square feet. He has participated in several strategic acquisitions, including the Mt Washington and Keswick Campuses. Jim holds a BA from Washington College of Maryland and is a member of the Association of University Real Estate Officials.
