Jim Cardellicchio is responsible for investment sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Based in Washington, D.C., he and Gerry Trainor are an integral part of Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets team that serves institutional, corporate, and private owners of real estate.
Jim has over 30 years of real estate experience that includes financial analysis, property management, and syndication. Jim has coordinated more than $18 billion in offerings for the Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group since 2001. Prior to joining Transwestern, Jim was with Trizec Office Properties (now Brookfield) in Washington, D.C., and Herndon-based RER Resources underwriting CRE for many of the Wall Street investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
