A native Texan, James “Jim” Carter has been a Houston area resident for 40 years. He has worked within the real estate industry for 33 years with experience in the north, west, to far north and far west areas of Greater Houston. Jim has been recognized as a Top Sales and Top Producer for two real estate companies. Jim also has 27 years in manufacturing electrical equipment, steel buildings, etc. 17 of those years in supervision, management and over 785 hours in real estate education toward an associate’s degree. Jim has also received a National Listing Award, Multi-Million $ Club, and Million $ Club Award as Top Lister in the Cy-Fair North West HAR area.
