Jim is President and CEO of Bruce G. Pollock & Associates, Realtors and of KEB Investments, a real estate development company, where his responsibilities include the acquisition, leasing and management of all company properties.
Mr. Evans was the President of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Michigan Chapter 5, IREM Regional Vice President and served as the National President of the Institute in 2012. Jim has also given his time to such organizations as the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce Issues Committee,Transition House, Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club and Vision 20/20.
