Jim is responsible for growing and strengthening Synergy’s tenant base and coordinating leasing transactions within the portfolio. With a focus on achieving investment objectives, Jim maintains constant communication with tenants and brokers to ensure timely and competitive responses to emerging trends and prevailing market conditions.
Jim joined Synergy in 2009 and has been involved in Boston’s commercial real estate industry since 1995 working previously at KS Partners, NAI Hunneman, Cushman & Wakefield, and The Codman Company. He a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and holds the executive position of Treasurer for the Commercial Brokers Association. Jim is also a member of the Downtown North Association and the Regional Real Estate Development Leadership Council of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
