Bio
James is a Degree Apprenticeship Surveyor who joined the firm in 2021. As part of his apprenticeship, he is blending day-to-day practical experience with academic study at Birmingham City University, where he is working towards a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. Alongside his degree, he is on the pathway to complete his APC and become a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
Since joining the team, James has gained valuable experience in commercial property, focusing on sales and lettings, while also assisting Chartered Surveyors with valuation work.
Outside of work, James is a keen golfer and a member of Kings Norton Golf Club. He is also a lifelong Manchester City supporter.
