James McCaffrey, Senior Managing Director, joined Eastdil Secured in February of 2007, opening the Boston office for the firm. This followed a six year career at Trammell Crow (Boston) as Principal and a fifteen-year career with Meredith & Grew (Boston) where he was a partner. Today, in addition to his Boston activities Jim is responsible for the European Capital Markets Group and together with Michael Cochran has built one of Europe’s most active Real Estate Investment Banking groups. In the course of his career, Jim has been involved in over £100 billion in real estate capital markets transactions.
