Born and raised in Newcastle upon Tyne, James previously worked for a number of North East surveying firms and latterly with DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) spending 6 years specialising in national retail investment agency.
James has an extensive knowledge of the retail sector which allows him to utilise agency and asset management skills to influence investment decisions and importantly enhance client’s investment values.
Having spent time in London, James has built up a wide range of clients to include pension funds, property companies, developers and private investors. In 2009 James set up MHPI Ltd together with Simon Harland. James also sits on the board of a local property company advising on commercial property matters.
