James joined GCW from JLL in Spring 2024 and specialises in the acquisition, disposal, and funding of large-scale retail assets for Institutions, REIT’s, Private Equity, and Property Companies. James is particularly active in the Shopping Centre Investment market, where he has gained significant experience over a 20-year period.
James is a keen sportsman and continues to play hockey at the weekends whilst juggling his three children and busy family life. He enjoys coaching Rugby at Stamford Rugby Club on a Sunday morning and following Leicester Tigers.
