With over twenty years in commercial real estate, Jan has successfully marketed office, industrial and land, with her specialty being retail. She has been consistently recognized as one of the top producers in the Austin area.
Prior to moving to Austin from California in the early 1980's, Jan was a developer's assistant handling site selection, construction coordination, leasing and eventually the sale of several projects located in Southern California, Denver, and Austin. Jan has assisted a variety of restaurants, major corporations and retail operations including AT&T Wireless Services, Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc., Triangle Services, CABO Restaurants, Toyota, Cox Publications, YWCA, Blimpie's, and Relax the Back. Within the past twenty-four months, she has leased and sold over 1.5 million square feet.
Jan is an active member of CBLA (Commercial Leasing Broker's Association) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). She serves on the Executive Board of the 100 Club of Central Texas, an association that supports policemen and their families as well as the Board of Directors of her church.
