A full time real estate broker, Jani specializes in buying and selling residential, ranch and recreational properties throughout Western Montana. A lifelong and 5th generation Montanan, Jani travels the state extensively fishing, hunting, camping and always scouting for the perfect Montana spot that she can share with sportsmen from around the world. Recognized as a Top Producing Broker since 2009, Jani was the state and regional Top Producing Agent for number of listings taken in 2015, Top Producing Agent for gross commission earned in 2015, and also Top Producing Agent on number of ends closed for 2015. She has received numerous awards and accolades including her Silver award from her previous brokerage for closing 50+ real estate transactions sides in 2017-2018 and being named in the Top 50 producers nationally. Jani is also a Supervising Broker, which provides her with teaching opportunities to other agents. Jani comes from a large family of farmers, ranchers, builders and outdoor enthusiasts. Her family operates a large ranch, cattle broker business and a land design business. Jani promises reliability, integrity and attention to detail applying her business knowledge, real estate knowledge and common sense to all her transactions. In her free time, Jani loves to spend time with her husband, 4 sons and 6 grandchildren.
