Bio
Jason Long is an Associate Vice President in Northmarq’s Atlanta office. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail net lease assets nationwide. Long’s extensive track record includes both buyer and seller representation. He currently leads a team and focuses on the retail, office, industrial, and sale-leaseback sectors of the net lease market. He continues to achieve several cap rate records in the Southeast, for many high-credit national tenants. Before joining Northmarq, Long served as an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Long served as an investment advisor and single-tenant specialist for Shane Investment Property Group. He was a top producer for the company and represented well known institutional clients, developers, and private owners.
