Management Consultant, Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Project Leader active in several sectors including the development of capital projects as health facilities, office buildings, hotels, energy and industrial infrastructure, as well as serving as a general business advisor on strategy, financing, technology, innovation and change. I am a licensed broker and experienced project manager in the commercial real estate marketplace with a national and international network of strategic partners and relationships in real estate, infrastructure and agriculture.

I serve as a Managing Director of MCCGUSA LTD; and an Executive Director and Advisor to our affiliates including MCCG Guyana Inc: MCCG West Africa and ARVO Realty Advisors of New York and Texas. Our legacy company and brand “MCCG” has operated since 1991 and is a USA Certified MBE and DBE. MCCG participates in business consortiums and joint ventures for Agriculture, Energy, Logistics, Infrastructure and Technology and is keenly committed to world health, food and agriculture.
Generally, I serve as a principal consultant, executive coach, speaker, real estate adviser to management of businesses, non profits and public institutions where I serve as a trusted advisor, committee and board member upon request and rotation.
I’m currently the Board Chair of the Institute of Caribbean Studies in Washington DC; a member of the Adansi Traditional Council in Fomena of the Asante Kingdom in Ghana; and volunteer in my hometowns of New York and Guyana, South America.
