Jason Nicholson began his career with Innisfree Hotels in 1996 as an Assistant General Manager and has since risen through the ranks to become Senior Vice President of Development & Asset Management. Over nearly three decades, Jason has overseen operations for 29 properties, spearheaded multimillion-dollar renovations, and managed rebrands and hurricane rebuilds that doubled revenue within two years of acquisition.
He played a key role in major projects, including the opening of Fairfield Inn & Suites Pensacola Beach and the acquisition of Hampton Inn & Suites Jekyll Island. Today, Jason leads strategic growth initiatives, new hotel developments, and targeted acquisitions across 10 markets, while ensuring compliance and negotiating complex building codes. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding Innisfree through economic downturns and industry challenges, consistently delivering strong bottom-line results.
