Jason Pierce is the founder and leader of NJPROPER, a nationally recognized luxury real estate team at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.
Across 2024 and 2025, more than 20,000 homes sold on the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service. During this period, the New Jersey Proper Team represented 7 of the 10 highest-priced sales, including #1, #2, #3, and #4.
The team also represented the three highest sales on NJMLS in 2025, as well as New Jersey’s single highest residential sale of 2024.
