As an investment and commercial property specialist with SVN OAK Realty Advisors, Jason’s primary focus is on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties for a broad range of clients. After Graduating from the Collins College of Business at the University of Tulsa in 2014, Jason started his professional career as a petroleum landman in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Subsequently, Jason spent three years with the Project Management Office at American Electric Power in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he coordinated and executed an extensive portfolio of capital investment projects surrounding electric transmission and renewable energy. His new focus is comprehensive financial analysis and effective marketing of multifamily investment properties. In the first quarter of 2020 alone, Jason facilitated almost $10 million in commercial transactions.
