Jax is currently an Associate in Industrial Brokerage at Partners, a position he has held since July 2024. In this role, he contributes to the firm's industrial real estate transactions, leveraging his previous internship experience to offer valuable market insights and client solutions. Before joining Partners, Jax worked as a Tenant Advisory Intern at Cushman & Wakefield from March to July 2023, where he gained hands-on experience in market analysis, lease abstractions, and relationship-building. During his internship, he successfully promoted brokerage services to small businesses, generated qualified leads, and managed multiple marketing campaigns for his team. Jax also demonstrated strong client engagement skills, securing meetings with high-profile prospects and nurturing those relationships throughout the sales cycle. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jax further developed his expertise as a Real Estate Brokerage Intern at Partners, solidifying his foundation in the industry.
