Jay Kerley is based in the firm’s Clayton, Missouri, office. Mr. Kerley specializes in buyer and seller representation in the investment properties market.
Mr. Kerley has worked with both public and private REITs, pension funds, investment advisory firms, developers and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of assets. With a focus on both single-tenant and multi-tenant assets, Mr. Kerley has completed sales in the retail, industrial and office markets. He remains focused on his clients’ needs, particularly timing, discretion and risk mitigation, all while maximizing returns. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2006 as a sale and leasing associate with Sansone Group.
