Jay’s work philosophy prioritizes teamwork, teaching and logic. He’s always had a love for numbers and math, and believes that most anything can be simplified and solved in a spreadsheet. Jay gains energy through teaching and enjoys passing along his knowledge in finance while also soaking up knowledge from other corporate departments and Pack Members in the lodges.
Before his time with Great Wolf, Jay worked for Golub Capital, where he was the corporate controller primarily responsible for accounting and financial reporting. Prior to that he worked for Ernst & Young LLP, most recently as a senior auditor responsible for planning and performing public and private company audits in the banking, broker-dealer, and hedge fund industries. Jay is a certified public accountant and holds degrees in Analytical Finance and Accountancy from Wake Forest University.
