Jeb Fields is Vice Chairman and Principal with Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, where he leverages more than two decades of experience representing corporate and private clients in office and industrial real estate. Known for delivering strategic planning, transaction execution, and portfolio solutions, Jeb provides impartial guidance and effective management that helps organizations align their real estate decisions with broader business objectives. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors as an Associate Broker in 2004, Jeb has advanced through the ranks to become one of the firm’s most respected advisors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University and has earned both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. Jeb is an active member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Services Group and has contributed to the firm’s Future Leaders Inaugural Steering Committee. A recognized leader within the commercial real estate industry, Jeb has served as President of both the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter and the SIOR Memphis Chapter and has served on the Commercial Council of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. He has been honored multiple times with the Pinnacle Award, recognizing him among Memphis’ top commercial real estate professionals, including the 2024 Office Broker of the Year and the 2025 Wyatt B. Aiken Broker of the Year, the organization’s highest individual honor. Commercial Advisors, LLC as an Associate Broker in January of 2004 and in 2007 was named Vice President. Mr. Fields holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Auburn University. He is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Global Supply Chain Services Group, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). He is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas. Mr. Fields is active with the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter serving as the 2010 President and with the Memphis Area Association of Realtors as a Commercial Council Board Member. A lifelong Memphian, Jeb is invested in the local community. He served on the Orpheum Theater Advisory Board and as the 2009 President of the Blue Streak Scholarship Fund. In 2010 he was named to the Memphis Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40.
