He has also closed over $160 million dollars in investment sales transactions. Recognized as a “Top Producer” Jeff has established a high standard of performance for Helix for continuous growth through various market conditions. As a former small business owner and investment property owner, Jeff is very familiar and sensitive to the needs of both tenants and landlords. Jeff Harris began his real estate career in 2000 following the sale of his restaurant and family entertainment business he owned and operated for 6 years in upstate New York. Jeff is a graduate of the State University of New York with a BS in Economics and Business Administration.
