Jeff Jiang joined Voit Real Estate Services in 2026 as a Vice President in Ontario. He specializes in advising owners, investors, and occupiers on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties throughout Southern California. Prior to joining Voit, Jeff served as a Vice President at DAUM. Jeff has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic real estate solutions through financial analysis, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, valuation, marketing strategy, and transaction due diligence. His client-focused approach, combined with in-depth market knowledge, enables him to negotiate favorable outcomes while helping clients achieve their long-term business objectives. His practice focuses on industrial properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire markets, while also advising clients on transactions across Southern California and other major U.S. logistics hubs. Jeff represents clients in a wide range of industries, including logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, technology, and international trade. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, Jeff frequently works with domestic and international companies expanding, relocating, or investing throughout Southern California.
