Jeff offers his unique expertise to the Austin real estate community as a CPA, attorney and Realtor®. Jeff holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas with high honors. After working for Price Waterhouse and Western Atlas International, Jeff enrolled in the University of Texas School of Law. Jeff graduated from law school with honors and practiced in the area of corporate and real estate law.
Jeff joined Jody Lockshin as co-owner of Habitat Hunters, Inc., in 1993, bringing with him his experience in law, as well as a love of real estate. Jeff provides Habitat Hunters with a background that is unsurpassed at other real estate offices. Realtors® are prohibited from providing legal advice, but Jeff, as an attorney, can and does! Jeff also performs estate planning services, including will drafting and reviewing and preparing other types of contracts. He has also garnered many accolades for his services in both real estate and law.
In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys analyzing stocks, horse racing, spending time with his dogs, cinema, live theater and dining out. Austin is a great place to enjoy all of those things!
