Founded in 1985 by Jeff Rupp, the company has been responsible for negotiating hundreds of real estate transactions including acquisitions, leases, sales, property exchanges and temporary and permanent easements.
Led by the former chief operating officer of a 60-person development firm Mr. Rupp, an independent broker, the company has worked extensively on numerous commercial, industrial and residential developments. This work has involved market feasibility studies, oversight of supporting technical studies and design reviews, negotiation of development agreements, coordination among multiple interest groups and obtaining jurisdictional approvals and permits.
