In the early 80’s I was a full time licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Auctioneer in Columbus, Nebraska with Century 21 Campbell Realty. In 1984 I moved to Arizona and then to California. I was a licensed real estate salesperson in California and a store manager and service manager for the Camping World Store in Valencia California. I started a company called Benchmark RV Center in 1991 and sold the business in 1995 so I could move back to the In the early 80's I was a full time licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Auctioneer in Midwest (Iowa) to raise a family. I have 4 boys, 3 girls and one grandson. I started Jeff Wallick Realty & Auction in 2011 in Tipton Iowa at the urging of several community members after several years of doing fundraiser and charity auctions. In my Real Estate business I specialized in Acreages, Residential and Recreational Properties. I moved to Gretna Nebraska on March 21, 2026 to be closer to my siblings and I am now a licensed Salesperson with Berkshire Hathaway, Ambassador Real Estate. I am licensed in Nebraska and Iowa. Areas I serve are the Omaha Metro area, Lincoln and East Central Nebraska as well as Council Bluffs and Western Iowa. I am a December 1983 graduate of Riesch Worldwide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa. Today, I mainly do contract Auctioneering and Ringman Services for other auction firms but I can assist you in arranging Auction Services of all types including Estate Sales, Tag Sales, Business Liquidations, Real Estate, Farm, Antique and Collectibles, Consignment, Fundraiser and Charity Auctions.
