Prior to joining CEP, Jeff managed real estate investment & asset management for Cairi Legacy Partners, a single Family Office based in Austin, TX for the past 2.5 years.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Jeff was a Managing Partner at Moran & Company. Jeff and his team covered the Seattle and Portland areas closing $4.3 billion in transactions including investment sales, recapitalizations, and development capitalizations. As a Managing Partner, Jeff has extensive experience in investment sales, marketing strategy and positioning assets for best in market execution. As a former principal Jeff has extensive experience acquisitions, dispositions, executing value-add repositioning and asset/portfolio management.
As a broker, Jeff is client-focused and brings his experience and knowledge as a principal to create value for our clients by creating great processes, understanding the client’s and buyer’s needs, and maximizing pricing and delivering the best possible execution.
