Jeff Williams has 30 years of experience assisting companies with their industrial real estate decisions related to distribution, warehousing, and manufacturing needs throughout Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. He works as part of a seven person team at Colliers offering comprehensive solutions for institutional clients. His areas of expertise include tenant representation, disposition, acquisitions, corporate consulting, build to suit transactions, development consulting, development acquisitions, and investment sales. He has completed more than 75,000,000 square feet of industrial transactions in his career. Prior to joining Colliers, Williams served with a number of major brokerages in Pennsylvania, most recently JLL where he was a part of the Northeast Industrial Region, serving a four-state market comprising roughly 1.54 billion square feet.
