Jeffrey Fript is Senior Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office and a Director in the National Multi Housing Group, specializing in the sale of multifamily properties. He has closed, and currently has under contract, over $500 million in real estate investments.
Mr. Fript’s expertise includes fine-tuning investment strategies, analyzing an investment scenarios, marketing properties and locating investment opportunities to ensure his clients achieve their real estate investment objectives. He employs cutting edge marketing tools and methods of communication, and provides clients access to the largest pool of private investors through utilization of Marcus & Millichap's national platform.
Mr. Fript joined Marcus & Millichap in December 2005 and specializes in multifamily investment sales. He was promoted to Associate in April 2007 and to Senior Associate in April 2009. In September 2012, he was promoted to Associate Director-National Multi Housing Group. In August of 2013, he was promoted to Associate Vice President of Investments and to a Director of the National Multi Housing Group. In July of 2014, Mr. Fript was promoted to Vice President of Investments.
