Bio
Jeffrey Harshe oversees MAVD operations, including all asset and property management, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and third-party advisory services in Michigan and Colorado. With responsibility for the wide variety of transactions at MAVD, Jeff has a hand in both the strategic and practical elements of MAVD’s business. Before joining MAVD in 2008, Jeff provided management, investment, and brokerage services for private investment firms, and was a third-party commercial broker for both boutique and global brokerage houses. With more than 30 years in commercial real estate, he has worked with all property types and transactions in multiple urban markets. Jeff graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and marketing.
