Jennifer Frank, Founding Partner of Segovia Partners, brings over 30 years’ experience in national retail tenant representation and shopping center leasing to her Dallas based team. Tenant representation is her specialty throughout Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma, where her talents range from small market placements to major market entries for big box retailers. In addition to her expertise on the tenant side, Ms. Frank has a successful track record for pre-leasing out of the ground developments as well as consulting on large scale master planned retail projects.
Jennifer is consistently a top performer within the Dallas/Fort Worth market, being recognized by “Heavy Hitters”, “DCEO” and “Hot Brokers.” She is responsible for IKEA’s market rollout throughout Texas, Barnes & Nobles’ renewed market expansion in Texas and contiguous states and Skechers expansion program in DFW and secondary markets throughout Texas. Over the past 20 years, Jennifer has led an aggressive expansion program for Ulta Beauty in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi, completing over 130 new store locations including the chain’s top performing store.
Past successful programs spearheaded by Jennifer include launching Staples market entry into Texas, Conn’s Appliances market entry into Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma City, Limited Brands Texas and Oklahoma rollout in small markets, Dollar Tree market strategies in Pennsylvania and Texas and handling the lease for Bass Pro Dallas area support office. Her expertise in major market rollouts, along with initial secondary market strategies is one of the many ways Jennifer offers value to her many clients. Jennifer is based in and remains primarily focused on the Dallas/Fort Worth market and has a robust national network of top performing brokers throughout the country to support national expansion strategies for her clients.
