Jenny is a third-generation real estate agent/broker and has been a resident of the greater Nashville area since 1989. Graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, she KNOWS Middle Tennessee and is well-acquainted with the diverse beauty and blessings this area offers. Jenny has been married to her high school sweetheart for more than 20 years and is a mom to two active, athletic
teenage boys.
Jenny brings a great combination of experience, knowledge, and an absolute dedication to client satisfaction. She enjoys not only helping her clients, but she loves helping equip new realtors to achieve their goals. Jenny has a deep love for the local community and strives to give back and pay forward through Fann Forward Fridays and other community service. She and her family enjoy spending time together at their hilltop home in Nashville, watching football, and eating Stromboli. Jenny’s love for real estate precludes many hobbies but she has been known to binge-watch an entire Netflix series on any given Sunday IF the Titans are not playing.
