Bio
Jenny Lu is an Investment Advisor specializing on investment sales in the East Bay. Ms. Lu has lived in the East Bay for over 20 years and has over 10 years of experience in both real estate sales and financing. Through her expertise and in-depth market knowledge, she is able to assist clients with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the Bay Area.
Ms. Lu joined NAI Northern California in 2013 as the Senior Transaction Coordinator. Before joining NAI, she worked on residential real estate sales at Re/Max Accord and mortgage financing at Bankers Preferred Real Estate Loans. She has extensive knowledge of the escrow and sale process. She has supported Brokers in the successful marketing, sale, and closing of real estate transactions.
Since joining NAI Northern California, Ms. Lu has been involved in over 150 transactions including multi-family, mixed-use, industrial, office and retail totaling more than $210 Million in sales.
