Bio
Jeremy Couch is a Director of Sales & Leasing with Capital Rivers Commercial in the Sacramento office, working across a range of commercial real estate opportunities throughout the Sacramento market.
Before joining Capital Rivers Commercial, Jeremy earned his B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University. He then spent 14 years in the banking industry with Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase. During that time, he gained extensive experience in client relationship management, with a focus on understanding both immediate and long-term financial goals. Through this work, Jeremy developed a client-first approach rooted in careful listening, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to seeing each transaction through from start to finish. With this background, he brings a steady, relationship-driven mindset to his work, guided by a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their objectives.
Outside of work, Jeremy is active in the local community as a member of The Sutter Club Sacramento. Having grown up in the Arden area playing Little League through high school baseball, he now manages his son’s team. He is a lifelong sports fan who enjoys following the 49ers, Giants, Alabama Crimson Tide, and Sacramento Kings, and he stays active by playing in basketball and softball leagues. In addition, he enjoys hiking, camping, and jogging along the American River. At home, Jeremy and his wife spend much of their time supporting their three children and their sports activities. He also enjoys experimenting with craft cocktails and perfecting his barbecue skills on his smoker, where ribs have become his signature specialty.
