Jesse Lemos is a senior vice president and producer in Northmarq's Nashville office where he sources debt and equity opportunities for multifamily, retail, industrial and office for his clients. He places permanent debt and bridge debt through life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, banks, credit unions, debt funds and CMBS lenders. He is also currently working on complex capital structures for repeat clientele developing multifamily assets in the Southeast and Midwest regions, including finding sites for developers, raising institutional equity and arranging land and construction loans for the development of the assets. Jesse is one of the most creative when it comes to structuring loans and/or equity.
Jesse is also productive at marketing the Northmarq brand with Viewpoint articles via interactive marketing. He is also focused on taking clients to play golf, going to sporting events, meet and greet opportunities and business events.
Jesse joined the company in 2019 where he served in the Austin office for three years. Prior to Northmarq, he was employed as a senior loan producer at Texas Realty Capital in Austin for 11 years. He was in charge of finding debt and equity solutions for all product types and transactions. His client interface is unmatched in the industry.
