Jessica was born and raised in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn NY, a place of extraordinary diversity. Her extensive knowledge of the streets and her ability to identify property set her apart from the rest. For the past 18 years she has immersed herself in the many moving parts of both commercial and residential real estate. Performing in these distinct worlds, Jessica is able to exercise her talent in unique ways. She has worked independently and exclusively with developers acquiring property and being involved in all aspects of the conversion process. She has represented several retail tenants including MOSCOT, AMERICAN EAGLE, RX30, NEW YORK'S FACE PLACE, MANDEES, BIRCH COFFEE, PUREBARRE. She has an extensive background in investment sales, co-ops, and condo projects.
While happy doing real estate, she's been teaching yoga for more than 15 years.
