Jigar joined PCCP in March 2024 as a Vice President on the Debt Asset Management team. He is responsible for executing strategies in PCCP’s debt portfolio. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Patel worked in the Real Estate Finance group at Voya Investment Management as an asset manager. Mr. Patel also spent years on the equity side in real estate development and operations with a focus on senior living.
