Jillian is a Vice President in the CBRE Salt Lake City Office, specializing in Landlord and Tenant partnerships. During her time in leasing advisory, Jillian has become a trusted advisor to Landlords and Developers, creating strategic plans with groups such as Hines, Fortress, Gardner Company, Wadsworth, Kennedy Wilson, and more. She has worked on existing real estate product, property conversions, and ground up developments in this capacity, including Utah's first mass timber commercial project in the heart of Silicon Slopes - Baltic Pointe.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jillian worked her way up as a strategic leasing partner at JLL and worked within the Finance Division at Goldman Sachs as one of ten Investment Banking Controllers globally. She also has experience at MRM//McCann, a full service B2B Digital Advertising Agency, partnering with Fortune 500 companies on digital marketing strategies.
Jillian currently sits on the NAIOP Utah Board of Directors as the Membership Chair and is actively involved in the CRE community.
